I live at a place where my neighbours are torturing me physically and mentally and even beaten me recently, police is on their side. Now I want to sell the property to someone else other than those neighbours,but as far as I know,according to law of preemption they stand a chance to claim it under 4 months from date of sell. Now if I somehow manage to hide the fact from them till that period, can they harass me by calling me at police station through police or fill a case against me as police is on their side? Also, what should be the amount they need to pay to reclaim the property from the person to whom I have sold it?
