How do I deal with neighbour parking issues?
The car parking allotted to me in the ground floor of my residential appartment is behind the parking space allotted to my neighbour. I can not take out or park my car, independently, without moving his car. But he is not ready to oblige at all. What legal option do I have under these circumstances?

Hai Sir/Madam, I will assit you with respect of the issue that you have raised. Initially, issue on elegal notice to the developer/builder regarding the issue. because, it sthe duty of the builder/developer to rectify the same.
