I've entered into an agreement with a seller to buy the property and have an unregistered sale agreement after paying 20 % of total value (10.7 lakhs) on 19 April. He called today and is forcing me to either choose another property or take the refund of my advance. He's refused to reimburse my expense in document charges, legal and valuation and an interest on my money. Is there any way to obtain a stay of sale of this property? or force him to reimburse my expenses as he's the one breaking the agreement. what are my options?
