How do you partition a property when one sibling is not willing?

My dad purchased a property in Karnataka after working in Mumbai, and all the documents are recorded in my fa dad's name. Among six brothers and two sisters, we are the fourth siblings. The last two individuals have filed a case to mix both our self-acquired and ancestral properties and partition them so that we should give them share from our self acquired property also. The land contains 240 teakwood trees, and two of them were illegally cut and sold by my father's last brother. They are not allowing us to enter the land, and our property is being damaged. We are wondering how to stop this and present our case in front of the judge. We have already filed a police complaint, but we are still not being able to do any sort of work and use our self acquired property.

Hello Sir,

If the property is self acquired property then only the legal heirs will have the rights over the property and if anyone else is doing such then get a legal notice for the encroachment of the property
