How is ancestral property divided?
Properties in the name of A and B and both A and B are no more and We want to divide the property in a legal way because the Children of B do not want this. A - My Own Grand Father B - My Own Grand Father's Brother Means my another grandfather A Having 3 sons and 2 daughters, among 3 sons one is my Father (all children are alive) B Having 2 Sons and 3 daughters (all children are alive)
