How many members can act on behalf of a proxy in a general meeting?
I'm a member of a housing society under Tamil Nadu societies act, By law allows members to vote through proxy, The Question is Can a single person act as a proxy for 20-30 members by being their proxy ?( assuming 30 members provide their proxy vote to him) ?
