How the property will be distributed?
My hindu grandpa has three sons. The eldest son & her wife died childless. And among the remaining two sons, one son has two childs and the other son has three childs.Later the remaining two sons & their wife also died. Now how will the five children get the property of the eldest son?The eldest son's property will first get his two brothers, then their children will get? Or the children will get directly from the eldest son?
