How to avoid stay order on construction?
Hello actually I have to construct on undivided land which is our ancestral property but now we know that our family members are threatening to put status order against construction, So after deliberately find solution we found that we should file caveat so to protect single side stay judgement but I want to ask after filing caveat and receiving of case notice from court how much time will I get to respond as caveater because I need 10 to 15 days only for construction. So In short how to get 10 to 15 days to safely construct on land please

The validity of the Caveat petition is of the Nighty Days under which if any one file any civil suit then the person filing the suit has to serve the notice notice and notify the opposite party and the opposite party had the right to approach the court if they have the share in such property
