How to execute Recovery certificate issued by the RERA?
Recovery certificate issued from RERA, I don't have knowledge what to do now ?

Hello sir,
As you recieved the Certificate of recovery by the any state of RERA , send it to respective tehsils or collector, then the particular authority will execute the RC and direct the builder to pay the dues, and if builder don't pay the amount as per prescribed time, authorities has power to seize the bank account of builder or can further auction the property to pay the dues.
In condition if collector is not performing his duty or any authority not performing his/her duty, the person can approach to High Court and file WRIT Petition.
