How to partition property when one sibling is not willing?

Plot in Rajajinagar Bangalore, which belongs to my grand father (he is no more) he had not made any will and his wife is also not there. he has four sons one son is not willing to sell the property/ divide it what to do ?

If one of the sons is not willing to sell the property or divide it, the other three sons can file a partition suit in court. In a partition suit, the court will divide the property equally among all the heirs. Contact us for further enquiry.
