How will the property be divided?

My father had redeemed a piece of land 30 years ago which was mortgaged by my grandfather. My father has 5 brothers, 4 brothers have given that land in the name of father but one brother has filed a case, what should we do?

If the property is in the name of father then all the legal heirs have the proper rights over the property, but as the property was redeemed by the your father then he have few remedies to get compensiated for it.
