I have a site is which 30x40

I have a site is which 30x40 , and i have paid all EMI to bank through from my Bank account and no due to bank. When i approached the bank to give me back the site document they said i need to get the NOC from wife. Because at that time in 2018 the case was ON at family court at Bangalore. When the family court ordered to pay final compensation to wife and child, is which I have paid to them in year 2019. Since as love and affection i inculded her name for site,now the site is my name and wife Now I have got the divorce in the year 2019 and its 3yrs now. The original khata copy is having by my wife she is not returning the same as of now. Now how can I get the site completely in to my name Documents from bank and khata as well. Please advise.
