If my father transfers all his property to my brother, can I still claim for the property?

My father made a house in Bihar in 1988. We are three brothers. He registered his property on elder son as minor. My father died in 1998 .Elder brother after getting job in 1990 settled in Bokaro. I took care of my parents and further made rooms , electricity and other taxes .Will I have any right in this property?

Yes, you have a right to the property. The fact that your father registered the property in the name of your elder brother as a minor does not mean that he is the sole owner of the property. Contact us for further enquiry.
