Illegal construction
We are living in PWD colony rajendra nagar and house was alloted to my grandfather and my one of the uncle recently constructed a two room on the vecant land and one uncle son wants to do a bussiness of water inside the house.Sir house was alloted to my grandfather.

You can file complain with the Municipal Corporation of your state or the chairman of the municipality of the area where the illegal construction is taking place.
If they are not interested to stop or demolish it then you can file a writ petition (mandamus) under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution in the High Court of your state making the authorities related to deal with the matter and the State Government including the person who is carrying on the construction as respondents in the Writ petition for in action.
Before doing that you have to file a written complaint before the authorities concerned and must keep record of that to prove your information about an illegal act. You can also go to the civil court and take and injunction to stop the illegal construction.
