Is a digital signature valid on stamp paper?
Hi Team, I have rented my apartment in Hyderabad, Telangana. I have got digital Aadhar based sign for both owner and tenant using Telangana e-stamp on 100 rupees stamp paper. So I wanted to know if Aadhar based digital sign on e stamp of 100 rupees is valid incase of any disputes. Do we still need to notarized the document if both party have done Aadhar based digital sign?
