Is a digitally signed security document valid?
I have recently taken property on security. it is 11 months contract. After 11 months they will refund money and I will vacate the property. but Owner is living out of India. They are saying they will sign the security document and send it through email. I want to know if it will be valid? if They will sign and scan and send it through email.
