Is there a deadline to challenge a will?

If grandfather and mother is alive and property is not registry by them but will is registered in court whether any can claim property after their death by my father's brother also he is not living with us since 20 years.

If your grandfather and mother are alive and the property is not registered in their name, but the will is registered in court, then the property will be distributed according to the will.
