LAWYER unjustified acts on NCDRC judgement
CAN A LAWYER- 1. Coax his client to share the benefits over and above his fees fixed and already paid in advance ? 2. Manage to get the monetary benefit ( cheques) of the clients as per judgment from the Opposition Party which is to be paid to the client? 3. Hold on to the cheques so obtained to force the client to share the judgment benefit, even though his claims of all benefits promised by him are not given?
