Lease agreement
Can I enter into a lease agreement via a third party company? The actual owner has sublet the property to the company. The agreement between the owner and the company is rental agreement whereas with me it is a lease agreement. 1) what is the guarantee of money being returned? The company is saying that they will give me a collateral and will make me a joint owner of a land equivalent to the lease amount. 2) what is the risk of not getting back the money? 3) what if the company fails to pay rent to the actual owner? Will I not be pressurized?
