We have give our land to builders and we got 2 floors In builders floor they constructed triple bedrooms and in the same area we made in single and double. Now as per rule what should be the maintainace charges ? Should we give 4 maintenance amounts instead of one? And when ever there is any repair in the apartment they are charging twice amounts showing that we have 4 flats But it is just the same area as other owners have..our single and double bedroom is equal to their triple..please suggest
