Membership of housing society
I'm regd owner of a flat in a cghs. I bought the flat from B in 2013, who had bought it from original allotee A in 2008. Share certificate is still in A's name. Society has refused to make me member quoting sec 79 & rule 92 of DCS. What should I do now?

Shareholders are required to send their requests for change of names together with original certificate along with a copy of notification in the Official Gazette or a newspaper or an affidavit drawn on stamp paper of appropriate value duly
these are the procdeure need to be folllwed to get the name on the share certificate and thus you can get membership in the society
