Money not being paid
Had an agreement with a party as per which 50 lakhs were to be paid by one of my friends and the other party was supposed to get register in their name. Name in registery was to be changed as soon as 50 lakhs are paid. 40 lakhs were paid already. Before the actual amount was being paid, the other party got the registery named in one of their blood relations. My question is as follows: Is this registery named in blood relation valid subject to the fact that a pre existing agreement was there? Or whether the other party is bound to pay the money back?
