My fathe inlaw property
Hi sir my father in-law and mother in law expired and husband also expired in Vellore after my husband expired i came back to my mother place bangalore. I have two kids. My father in law have property share which owned by his father. His father have total 4 sons including my father in law. Out of 4 sons only one is alive and my husband brother also alive here my question is without my knowledge this two persons are planing to sell the property please advice what can I do for this. Is ther option to nominate my name or my son name in subregister office so tha they sell property without my knowledge. Please advice

As per the law son have the right over the property so if they are planning to sell the property get a legal notice drafted against them and send it to them and further you can file a suit for the partition of the property
