Need advice: Family Property dispute

My grandfather(my father's dad) died before he could register the land in my name. I have one brother and he is not ready to give my share to me. After my grandfather's death, how will the land be divided between my parents, me, and my brother? Note that My grandmother is still alive. Who comes next in line for the property? my brother is brainwashing my grandmother to sign her part for him. if so, will he get the whole land for himself? my father wants to sign it in my name.
