No access to parking space
I have an allocated parking space but have no access to use it as the other owners parking spaces have blocked the way to my parking space. There is no other alternate way to reach to my parking spot. The builder is dead and the company is under the process striking off. Tried talking to committee of the society but they are not providing any solution.

if you have the proper document regarding the parking spave then go and file suit for encroachment of property against that person before that send a legal notice regarding such to settlethe dispute.
