Non Compliance by builder of RERA award
RERA has asked the DC to recover award from the builder,which the builder is not complying. What could be the next step?

If the builder is not complying the award first thing you should do is that you should send a legal notice to him to pay the award.
which is decided by the RERA the builder will have to reply that particular notice within or before the time 15 days.
