yes sir let me clear your confusion as per the recent law made by the UP government regarding the gift need that the Stamp Duty which was paid earlier 7% for men and 6% for women to pay stamp duty as per the value of property is levied.
Now the total amount of tax(stamp duty) that is to be paid is 5000 and 1000 processing fee and let me tell you one more thing the registry fee of 1% on the value of property is not exempted this has to be paid.
