Property

I have booked a Housing Property from the Government online by paying 5% of the amount. Now it is more than a year and the property is yet to be allocated. The Government says that the Area of the property they mentioned it online was wrong and they want me to pay 16.00 Lakhs more for the same property. I have complained everywhere but they say that they need my consent to allot the property by paying additional 16 lakhs which they demand. Administration is failed to take any action under Staff Accountability Examination and they want me to pay more to correct their fault. I have a written letter from the department stating they feed incorrect data in their portal. Kindly guide it is more than a year now. Giving me sleepless nights….
