Property and bank issues
We were unable to pay the loan amount that we have borrowed from bank of baroda for more than 3 months, but we didnt receive any notice from the bank and they put it on auction . we got to know about that from the newspaper and it is sold in very low price and then we filed a case for that and it is still going on...in between that we have paid the loan amount but still few days ago police came and told that they will seize our house...can it be possible that after repayment they can still do this??

If such scenerio is up to you go and appraoch to nearest consumer court, and if you have paid the amount the bank don't have the authorty to seize the property.
