Property Buying
I want to buy property from Mr. X. property is in the name of Mr. X's father but Mr. X' father has passed away, mother has passed away grandmother passed away and sisters are also passed away. Mr. X' son has no objection and he agrees to sell. real question is whether Mr. X' sister's childrens can claim rights in this property? and can Mr. X sell his father's property alone? Kindly share your knowledge. thank you
