Property card
We had a land in Satara district and had a development agreement with builder and got a bunglow developed in return in 2014 with legitimate confirmation deed. I applied to add my name on the property card in city servey office last year and have been told its pending bcoz of lack of builders ghoshana patra. ( i belive its called deed of declaration. ) I do not have the said ghoshana patra from builder. What should be my course of action..

The deed of declaration is important document that need to be executed by builder its the duty of the builder to provide the deed so go and contact your builder he will provide you with such document.
