My brother is not giving my shares, what should i do when i ask him starts beating me?

If there is will then the property will be distributed according to will, and if there is no will you can file the suit of partition and get your share in the property,

and if the brother of yours is hurting you, then you can geta complain drafted against him and report it to the  nearest police station.
