Property (Land) encroachment by neighbor
I own a land of 300 sq yds registered in 1994, which was bought as part of a development. The boundaries were not marked at that time. Currently my neighbor has encroached 100 sq yds into my portion of the land. I am trying to find the legal options that are available to me - can you kindly advice. This is in the state of Telangana (Warangal District)

The first thing which i will suggest you that you should talk to your neighbour to settle it, before that ascertain that the property is yours and also carry proof with you,
If the matter is not resolved in this way, you can file suit for trespassing on private land, u/s 442 of the IPC, for which the court may also ask the encroacher to give the compensiation for the encraochment.
Also you can approach the court for an order of injuction as per order 39 ( Rule 1,2 and 3 ) and can claim for the damages.
