I need some supreme court judgement regarding oral commitment regarding cost of flat. I have booking receipt of flat mentioning flat no. and amount of booking with TAN number from that builder.

There are different judgement regarding your issue you can search it on web pages, the material will be there of your reference and as the you are saying you had oral commitment you must have witness of that and the booking receipt of that and agreement papers with all those materials,
you can send legal notice for your recovery and if then also the builder is not responding you can file complain according to RERA act.
