Open plot on father name(sale deed), father died intestate, after we both 2 brothers reliqushment deed on mother. now proprty cames under my mother. now she partitions between both we brothers. this property my mother gift deed to me. one of witness also my brother...up to OK. now my brother is ok. but his wife & her familiy harassing me . occupy my property. what will i do . please suggest.

Hello sir,
If the property is divided equally between you and your brother and any third party creates any dispute regarding such file a suit against that person for the encroachment of the property.
