If I own a home and 10% is of my brother and I don't talk to him anymore he decide to give that 10z% to a person our family don't like and is not in blood relation only to create difficulties for us what can we do legally

Hello sir,

If the 10 percent of the property  belongs to the brother it's in the hand of the brother to whom  he want to share his proeprty.
