Property sell

Sir, I have a flat and had discussion with a agent and agent introduced me a buyer. We had discussion over phone and finalized the selling cost of the flat. He transferred me Rs51K on 1 Feb and 11 day, he transferred Rs 5L but not fully 10% of final cost as per our discussion. Due to my job situation and family reason, I don't want to sell my flat and communicated the same and requested to share bank details for returning back given amount but they are not sharing a/c details and forcing me to sell the said flat. Based on transaction IDs, I got the buyer's bank details and transferred back received money but he again transferred the same amount. Not threatening me for legal notice & cheating case. Please suggest me.

Is there is any agreement of sale existing between you and the proposed purchaser. ? If any written agreement is there he will be having right to get the sale deed through court of law. If there no written agreement nothing to worry and issue a legal notice in return to the said person for his acts of intimidation along after returning the amount he paid as advance. Still he repays into your account, draw a Demand draft and send it along with DD and retain a copy of the same. Post a copy of legal notice to concerned police station detailing the acts of intimidation along with a xerox copy of DD.
