Property transfer from deceased
Would you be able to help with a simple property inheritance? 1. Properties (in my deceased mother's name) in Bangalore south . 2. Our (me and my brother) parents are deceased (about 3 years ago). 3. We live overseas. 4. The written will was not registered but is signed by two witnesses. 5. We are busy and cannot come to India. We both have PAN cards and don't have Adhar cards. 6. We need help with family tree certificate and khatha transfer of properties. 7. We also need to repatriate the money back after sale. 8. We have trusted family members who can also act as power of attorney. Thanks

Hello Sir according to the above facts your father and mother both are deceased and thus the property already belongs to you and your brother you have the total right of the property
