Question Related to Registered Vasiyat (Will)
Sir, my grandfather did a will for my wife and my cousin's wife. My Grand Father has 3 son and One of my uncle is very aggressive in nature and was involved in so many conflict with my grandfather. Observing his nature, He did a registered will for my wife and my cousin's wife.We were not aware about that will initially but later on, we found that will in his documents for is agricultural land. Now since It was found 2 year after his death, by the time, all the agriculture land had been equally distributed among his 3 sons( including my father). We filed that registered will to the department and now it is under tehesildar knowledge. But my other uncle has challenged that will(vasiyat) . Now the officer wants us to present the witnesses. There are 2 witnesses in the vasiyat . But here the problem is both witnesses are hostile and neither they want to appear nor they want to deny that. Can you please let us know what are the option we have to get the land as per vasiyat.

A declaration that is illegal either by way or ultimate objective or some other way will not be considered as a will.
