Railways closing Access to their Service Road used for 15 years
We bought a property 15 years ago in a gated community. The approach road then shown now happens to be a Railway Service Road and the Railways have given us 30 days time to make alternate arrangements. Can we approach the court for a stay order? On approaching the municipal authorities we were told that there is very narrow muddy pathway with encroachments and not even an ambulance can come in. Time running out for us.
Hello sir, if that property belongs to Railways the Railways have the complete authority to evacuate, but it cannot evacuate suddenly for that 60 days time is to be given to the party to make another arrangement, you can approach to senior authority to seek extension.
But you have to evacute the land if that belong to Railway, and if the property belongs to you then you will be gettinng the compensiation for the same.
