Recovery of money from builder
Transfered amount online for buying land to builder. Builder delay to give registration. Hence we cancelled our plan for buying that land and ask to refund the amount. Now that builder is delaying the refund. Only 65% amount is recovered in last 11 months. How to handle this legally ? Can I do FIR to recover my amount.
Issue a legal notice first and if refund is not given even after that, file a suit for recovery of money.
