Regarding covering open space
Hi, According to highlighted section of floor plan in my agreement, some part of my flat is mentioned as SD area, which is left empty by builder but it is registered as my area in agreement. So as a legal advice, will it be allowed to cover it and use it as a open space(not a room) or not.
