Dear sir, I want to provide my flat rent to my friend without rent fees. Then rent agreement is required? If required then is it valid for lease agreement without rent fees?n you get a free tenancy agreement?

if you want the proepty to be rented to your friend get a contract drafted by mentioning all the minutes clauses on the contract to avoid any dispute in future
