Share in father's property
After my father passed away, I filed a case to get my share in the family property. Will the court have powers to order me to forgo my share on any grounds?

Hello sir,
if your father passed away the legal rights of the property will be vested in the hand of your mother and if you want your share in the property file a suit for partition where the shres will be equally distributed among the legal heirs of the father.
