Tenant not paying rent and not vacating flat.
Dear sir/madam, Our Tenant nether paying rent nor vacating rent. I want to understand what are the landlord legal rights and hoe quickly he is able to vacate flat in case rent agreement is expired and Tenant not paying rent.

Hello sir,
As per your circumstances you are the landlord and if the tenant is not vacating the property then get a legal notice drafted for the eviction and for the payment of the rent and if he denies you cann file the eviction suit to get your premises vacated
