Warrant of possession

Hi, We are in the final stages of getting our tenant evicted on the grounds of non-payment of rent, non-usage of property. Our lawyer is asking Rs 50000 for writing the warrant of possession( I am not sure of the exact terminology) before the next hearing. I would like to know if the above fees is justified? I think its too high Please provide your expert opinion

Dear Sir mam as you are asking about the fee that is demanded by your lawyer that is the amount of 50000 may be he deserved to be paid that amount as without knowing his eligibility and experience.

How good he is for these cases we can't say anything there many other lawyers who cost more than that as their experience and quality make them deserving to be paid.
