What are the legal options available when a builder does not complete construction as per agreement and money already paid by customer?
I bought a flat in Aug-2020. The construction completion and possession date was decided 30th April 2022 in the agreement. The registry was made on 15th February 2022 and the property was not completed till now and the builder refused to refund the amount and interest (breached the agreement). He is saying that the refund can't proceed after the registry. What can I do next? Please guide me.

If the builder had made the agreement and the agreement is duly registered and their is breach in the clause of the agreement then you can approch to the court to get compensiated but before that kindly send a well drafted Legal Notice to that builder
