What are the property rights of sisters?

Partition Deed (1983) Between Joint Family Members and Partition done within only male siblings and female siblings not included in the partition. In our family, the siblings are 4 females and 1 male. In it, three females marry and have children. The last sister is unmarried. A male sibling is married but has no children. Male is the youngest of all, and there is only one male in the family. Currently, to register the total asset in the name of our younger brother, he is asking for the signatures of four sisters in the release deed. The last male sibling currently has a forgery affidavit of a forged release deed, which he himself signed on behalf of all four sisters. Currently, as per the partition deed of 1983, a male person is trying to sell the land in his own stand to willing buyers without our four sisters approval. Sinca Patta is in his name. We do have a father's death certificate (2003), and a legal heir certificate (2004). How do we move the case?
