What are the rights of children from second marriage on ancestral property?

We have an ancestral house. Great grand father wrote gift deed to my father & his brother. so It was partitioned between my father & his brother. My mother died when i am one year old. father got married again and have one son & daughter. Now he wants write the property to his son from 2nd wife. Do i have right on this property?
