What can be done legally if you are not informed about future proceedings in court of law?

I am suspecting that, the FDP proceedings in partition suit are taking place without our presence. 1. How do we even Know that one of the defendant has initiated the FDP and proceedings are now being carried out in court ? 2. Is there an application we can file to notify court that any proceedings, hearings or a judgment for a particular survey numbers be carried only physical presence of Group B ? We are feeling helpless worried that something is happening behind the scenes.

To determine whether FDP proceedings in your partition suit are occurring without your presence, you can check the court's records and schedule by visiting the court. This will help you identify any recent filings or hearings related to the case. You can file an application before the court requesting that all proceedings, hearings, or judgments concerning specific survey numbers be conducted with the physical presence of your group. In this application, express your concerns about potential proceedings happening without your knowledge. It may also be beneficial to consult a lawyer for assistance in drafting the application.

You can check the court records, engage a local lawyer, file a written application, you can also request an interim order from the court.
